Mauricio Zapata was the consummate Realtor. He not only did the basics, like every real estate agent should do, but few in Miami actually do, he answers his phone, and calls with updates even if there aren’t any real updates. But he also did the most important function, in my opinion, which was to treat every potential buyer as if they were real buyers, and never let a potential buyer go until it was obvious that they were not going to buy. He also showed up for walkthroughs and inspections, again and again. I’m a Broker myself, but I would definitely let Mauricio list another property of mine.
