Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove is the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood in Miami, and lies south of Brickell and along Biscayne Bay.  Miami City Hall is housed in the old Pan Am terminal, and a number of marinas and waterfront parks line the eastern edge of the area.

Condominiums built in the 1970’s and 1980’s are close to Mayfair and Cocowalk malls, with many established restaurants and retailers in the downtown area.

Schools, churches and hospitals are in the neighborhood and it remains a tourist destination to this day.
